#34 - "Electrode Dynamics" by A C Fisher 
Mass transport, voltammetry for the elucidation of reaction mechanisms, the structure of the double layer are covered here. Alas, the effects of the double layer on electrode kinetics is not covered, so it is hard to motivate one as to why you should study the double layer. EIS is introduced in the double layer section. Spectroelectrochemistry is the final chapter and covers STM (Scanning Tunneling Microscopy) and SECM (Scanning ElectroChemical Microscopy), along with Auger, IR, and UV/vis spectroscopy of the electrode interface.

#41 - "Electrode Potentials" by Compton & Sanders 
This booklet puts together all of the necessary basics for the theory of electrode potentials.  It also touches on the topics of liquid junction potentials and activity corrections and gives some background theory. Although it lacks practical tips on reference electrodes, it does give a good background for the theory, and it is inexpensive.

#64 - "Electroanalysis" by C M A Brett & A M Olivera Brett
This volume is a quick introduction to electroanalytical techniques. The emphasis is on using electrochemistry as a quantitative analytical technique, not on studies of mechanisms. The theoretical descriptions are not as deep as the Bard book, in keeping with the 96 page format. This is not the booklet for "how do I analyze XYZZY?": There are few specific examples. It does cover amperometric and potentiometric sensors and titrations, pulse voltammetry, and flow systems. There is a short Appendix on statistics.
